Hell Up North · 10 September 2011
In memory of Ian Brown we are once again braving Hell Up North, with some new team mates.
Ian amazingly completed Hell Runner 2009 whilst undergoing treatment for cancer; the inspiration for everyone taking part (see the first photo of Ian with Team No Cry Babies).
We want to raise money for St Leonards Hospice which did so much for Ian and his family and continues to do so day in day out for many others.
The hospice makes no charge to its patients or their familes for the care it provides. It costs over £3.3 million per year to run the hospice, which equates to £375 per hour. The hospice relies to a great extent on donations, legacies and fundraising.
Hell Up North is 10 -12 miles over multi-terrain and said to be nature at its toughest. We are not scared!
Please help us to help St Leonards continue in providing the invaluable care and attention to its patients and their families.
Thank you for taking the time to visit this page and if you do want to join us having seen the photos then just let us know.........
