Story

Well who would believe it, this year I have taken up running!! Sometime I amaze even myself at how brilliant I am.

This is going to be the toughest ask of my body. I have only been running since August 2009 and all of a sudden I am running a marathon...Well trying anyway! Training is tough as I am training in the cold, dark and very windy winter. I have had knee pain, hip pain, foot pain and I have discovered I have one leg longer than the other!

So why am I doing it I hear you ask...Well I thought it was about time I did something for a charity that I have a personal connection with. Macmillan helped care for my Mum as she lost her fight against Myeloma. They work tirelessly with many people who have been effected by cancer and do a fantastic job. So you see any pain I go through is pretty much insignificant (I will try not too moan too much...well I say that).

Anything you can afford to donate would be greatly appreciated. Without you I am nothing.
