Once again, we will be swapping high heels for dusty trainers as we participate in the Crisis Square Mile 'run'.

We took part in this event last year and raised a considerable amount for Crisis Homeless Shelter, we had so much fun 'running' the race and thankfully did not finish last.

Holly & Nicola sprinted down the finishing line while I huffed & puffed along, lagging behind due to my tar-corrupted lungs.

We were overtaken by a group of beer-bellied men and giant squirrels (appearances can be deceiving), so we are hoping to get better results this year.
