Date: Wednesday 25th of August
Event Start Time: 6.30pm (We will be at Ha Ha Bar from 6.00pm onwards)
Event Start and Finish Location: Ha Ha Bar (6 Villiers Street, Westminster, WC2N 6NQ) – In laneway between Embankment and Charing Cross tube (We have reserved area ‘C’ which is upstairs)
Alternatively you can start from your London home or office, if that is more convenient for you. Please note the locations of the challenges will be based in central London so you may be disadvantaging yourself depending on where you choose to start from.

All teams can collect a print out of the full list of challenges and a map from the start location or if you are unable to make it to the start location by 6.30pm please email us (runningdiscovery@gmail.com) before 4.30pm on the same day and we will email you with the list of challenges and a link to the google map just before 6.30pm. Please note if you opt to receive the email, you will need to allow yourself time to print out a copy of the material provided.
All completed answer forms and evidence of challenges completed must be returned to the event organisers by 8.30pm at the stated finish location. Teams will be penalised for each minute after 8.30pm they are late returning with their answer sheets. Following completion of the event, we will be having a few drinks and if possible provide people with the final results.
To enter the event we are asking for a 5 donation to the NSPCC, you can either donate via this page or you can hand the money to us directly on the night before the event starts.
Just a few rules:
1. Entrants may travel to the various locations to complete the challenges by any means of transport this includes tube, bus, cycling or black cab as well as of course by foot.
2. If competing as a team, all team members are requested to remain together during the event to ensure fairness for the other teams.
4. While competing in this event all entrants are responsible for their own actions and as a result are not covered by insurance for any accidents or incidents involving you and other members of the public.
5. All participants must adhere to London’s laws and traffic regulations.
