 Well here we are again our 4th year running for Rainbow Trust in memory of Sarah. 

Every year I say it will be my last GNR but then I think of all the good work Rainbow Trust do and just say yes I'll do it again.

We have just come back from a 1,350 mile motor bike trip around Scotland and sometimes I wish I'd got sponsor ship for that rather than running 13.1miles but somehow Sedge we get drawn back in.
