On the 27th of November last year, our life changed forever. My Christian got diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. It’s been a year strapped into a roller coaster, going through heartaches, treatments, transplants, bad news, good news. But despite it being a very difficult time in our lives, we´ve also received an incredible amount of love and courage from family, friends and even strangers. 

I´d like to be able to give back some of the love I received during the past year. So I have decided to run my second marathon next year in Stockholm, on the 30th of May. In honor of my husband and also to raise money for MyelomaUK. 

Through them, the money will go towards research, and support both patients and their families living with Myeloma. But it´s more than just raising money; as a rare, relatively unknown cancer, this is also my opportunity to raise some awareness about Multiple Myeloma.
