Story

I will be making a big push on fundraising again in 2019 for my 40th......      watch this space ;)

If you are still willing to donate now it would be very much appreciated and goes to a great cause as I will still be taking part in events.

22nd April - Southampton Half Marathon

**UPDATE** Dan Laird is doing the Full Marathon, good luck Dan my guess is 4hrs 20 mins ;)

My son, Oliver, was diagnosed with Alternating Hemiplegia of Childhood in August 2014 but ever since his birth in January 2012 he has had a traumatic time.

So I have made it my personal mission to raise awareness for this little known condition and funds for AHC UK who support families affected by AHC and research into finding a suitable treatment and hopefully one day a cure.

AHC is a very rare neurological condition in which the child suffers from repeated weakness or paralysis down one or both sides of the body. The damage can include cognitive impairment, behavioural /psychiatric disorders and various motor impairments. AHC is an ultra-rare condition affecting less than 1 in 1,000,000 people.
