Survival of the Fittest (Cardiff) · 3 October 2010

Lifeline Network is a growing and dynamic body of people who are united in fighting the poverty, injustice and hardship that afflict our world. Members across the globe help one another rebuild communities through exchanging knowledge, expertise and resources.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Breaking cycles of worklessness; creating communities of hope; providing an alternative future. Reaching vulnerable children and young people, whether in inner-city London or rural Zimbabwe, where benefits don't benefit and international aid isn't aiding.

Is that worth running for?

The Survival of the Fittest is a gruelling 10km varied-terrain course, interspersed with challenging obstacles, and worst of all, a dip in the sea. The objectives are:

-   To run faster than my co-runner, Nathan (easy peasy - think i would have more of a challenge from me dear ol mumma!).

-   And, maybe more importantly, to raise money for the great work of LifeLine Network both here in and in our partner nations.

After having a monster camping trip to France it's now time to step up the training!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a taxpayer.

So please dig deep and donate now.
