For Jessica, a loving mum in Zimbabwe, southern Africa, drought makes every day a struggle for survival.  No food can grow on dry land, and that breaks her heart. "My children long for a decent meal, but I can't provide one for them. It pains me to send them to bed hungry."

With support from Christian Aid partners, Jessica can learn how to sow drought-tolerant crops.  She could build a storeroom to preserve food and bounce back from future droughts.
