This year I am having double the 'fun'!

I am again running the St. Alban's half marathon on the 14th June, but I am also competing in my first triathlon in Epping the weekend after on the 21st June. (It is a 'sprint' triathlon and so the distances are 300m swim, 23km bike ride and 5km run).

Please help me raise money for Russet House School to help the children continue to participate in out of school activities such as horse riding and camping, as well as helping to fund class outings and the school minibus which is so vital to help the children generalise their learning into the community.
