Story

This is definitely the biggest challenge that I have ever signed up to!!

1000 miles (that is not a typo...) in 9 days, which is about 110 miles per day. Riding down Britain from John O'Groats to Lands End. The event even has its own website (http://www.rideacrossbritain.com/). They sort out the logistics, I just have to cycle.

110 miles each day will probably take 9 hours (I haven't done that distance yet so it might take longer - have updated the probable time from 7 hrs, which was a bit ambitious, after a 84 mile training ride that took me 6.5 hrs) - but probably more as the wear and tear of the task sets in.

I am raising money for ParalympicsGB, so please support this cause and me (I need all the extra incentive I can get)!!
