Story

In April 2016, Stephen May and Adam Roberts were due to be running the London Marathon to raise money for Disability Rights UK.

For anyone who has run a marathon, you will understand the hard work and dedication is will take to get to the start line. You will also know the amazing effort and determination it will take to make the finish.

Unfortunately during the training period, Stephen has had to pull out of the run due to medical reasons. However, Adam is determined to carry on with the training to support Disability Rights UK because of the vital work they do supporting, campaigning and securing rights by giving a voice to millions of disabled individuals in the UK.

Disability Rights UK is run by disabled people for disabled people and Adam is very proud to be representing them on the day. To support Adam with his fund raising efforts, Steve will be doing a treadmill challenge in the lead up to the marathon.

By giving whatever you are able to, you will not only be supporting a vital organisation but also encouraging Steve and Adam as they aim to complete what will be one of their biggest lifetime achievements.

Thank you all for your support and please check back for regular updates on how our training goes.
