EJF works in some of the world's most difficult and remote countries to protect vulnerable communities, wildlife and wild places. Our campaigns have led to action on forced labour and human trafficking, national and global bans on deadly pesticides and arrests of illegal 'pirate' fishing trawlers.

Story

Environmental security is a basic human right. If we carry on living the way we are now, millions of people will soon be without homes, clean water and food. The Environmental Justice Foundation helps people that are affected by environmental degradation, such as rising sea levels, flooding and deforestation. Millions of people are in starvation and lack clean water because of problems caused by human overuse of scarce resources. These communities are often the most marginalised and vulnerable in society and many do not have a voice.
EJF helps investigate and expose environmental and human rights abuses in Africa, Asia and South America, where their aim is to sustain natural habitats such as the oceans and forests, so that communities that depend on them for their basic needs are able to live in safety. These countries have helped us in ways we take for granted. Let it be our time to help them.
Any support will be appreciated and sponsors can also text in to 70070 with the text ‘SKPH50’ followed by the amount you would like to donate.
