Ros and I are doing St Elizabeth Hospice midnight walk to raise money for them

St Elizabeth Hospice aims to improve the quality of life for adults in East Suffolk with a life-limiting condition.

They aim to meet all of their patients' physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual needs whilst giving support and help to family, friends and carers. Their services include an in-patient unit, day care services, an out-patient clinic, a Hospice at Home service and family support team.

St Elizabeth Hospice is an independent charity and all of its wide-ranging services are provided free of charge to patients, families and carers. 

Their services cost £11 per minute or £5.9 million a year to run, and they rely largely on donations and fundraising.
