The Childrens Arthritis Trust supports Great Ormond Street Hospital and University College Hospital London to improve the care and treatment of children and young people with arthritis. Our goal is to strengthen the medical team by the provision of dedicated specialists in nursing and physiotherapy; and support staff to enable doctors to administer new and novel treatments to better manage the disease.

Story

We've (me & Megan) have wanted to do something for this charity for a while, it's close to me because I was diagnosed with Arthritis last year in my feet and spent about 6 months feeling like I was being stabbed in the bottom of my feet with every step. Thankfully this is now all under control with medication. But I know there are much more sever cases than mine.

The thought of children having to go through this at such an early age, and probably having it way worse than me is hard to take. I want to give something to this charity to help children with this condition and get a sweet new buzz cut at the same time. So, I've decided to cut all my hair off, my lovely, luscious locks that I've been growing for almost 3 years now and it's taken a lot of patience. But it's something I hope will raise some money for this charity.

We've only got until the 29th September before I get the chop, so if you can, give a little and hopefully it'll make a difference. RIP hair.

Thanks!
