Ok well I completed my 230miles 4 day bike ride and now I have the royal parks half marathon this sunday. I have been injured and resting up for the past couple of weeks (old bike injury from being run over by a lorry) but hopefully on the mend. I won't be as fast as i'd have liked though!!.
