Hello Everyone and Welcome.

So, come 12th October 2014, I will be running (possibly crawling) the Royal Parks Half Marathon, London in memory of my lovely Grandad Gopal. He had dealt with a long history of heart complications and I would really like to give something back and raise money for the British Heart Foundation and all the good work and research this charity does. I am sure that without the BHF, we would not have had him for as long as we did and so for that, my family and I are grateful.

Now, for those of you that know me well, I have very little legs. So running all this way will require some serious training, motivation and as much encouragement as you lovely people are willing to give! Its also guarunteed that I will make a fool of myself in the process, I endeavour NOT to do a 'Paula Radcliffe' but probably tripping over laces/ an innocent pet pug or getting lost en route as I have managed before. 

So without further ado, I would really appreciate your support in helping me to cross the 13.1 mile finish line red faced (obviously colour coordinated with BHF) and sweaty, to raise money and awareness for a charity that really makes a difference.
