Youth Action Wiltshire Young Carers support young people who help family members with disabilities in every day living.  I have been getting support from them since 2012; days out, learning new skills, first aid, helping at social events and music festivals.  They support young people from the age of 5 - 18 years old.  They get support from other people in the same position as them and makes you feel like you are not alone in the world.

5th November is the day that I will be doing my Skydive and I would like to raise as much money as possible for this worthy cause.
