This Saturday 3 Colleagues and myself are taking part in the ‘Samworth Challenge’ an adventure around Coniston which includes a 14km Walk, 30km bike ride (both of which are uphill) and a 11km kayak which we envisage to take around 8-10hours.

We are looking to support both the Yorkshire Air Ambulance along with the Ayreshire Hospice and we are hoping to raise in excess of £1,000 for each charity.

We have all be training hard over the past couple of months with a view to raise as much money as possible and to this end we are after your help.
