HI Everyone!

Anyone who knows me at all will know that I am not the sort of person who takes well to any type of running!  So please think of that when you donate some money - i have worked hard as I really wanna raise some decent funds for the global action plan charity.  Its been tough but I think i will be able to run almost all of the 13 miles around birmingham on sunday 11th oct!
