I struggle with weight loss but feel determined to get myself into a better frame of mind. I have decided  that for me it’s not enough to set a goal to get into a nice dress etc, I want to make a difference to others as well.  By raising funds I will be able to help Bandanas For The Brave provide even more children and young adults with a free Bandana. We all take our hair for granted but when someone one going through treatment loses their it can be very traumatic on top of the side effects from treatment. By providing a bandanna it’s helps build confidence and helps to put a smile on their brave little faces

Bandanas For The Brave is very unique charity, they provide a FREE bandana to children & young adults from 0-25 who have been given a Cancer diagnosis, there are NO other charities that provide this service, anywhere in UK & Ireland, which makes their work not only important but a necessity– hair loss is a devastating and painful side effect of chemo/radiotherapy, they help physically by giving these brave children and young adults a bandana and psychologically by giving back their confidence and smile at this difficult stage #supportthebrave
