As some of you are aware, Sands charity means a lot to both me, and James and have helped us through the most difficult time of our lives. Sands is a stillborn and neonatal death charity that do everything they can to help parents who have lost their baby get back on track. The majority of you wont be aware of this, but me and James lost our baby girl, Elspeth in October last year when we found out she had a chromosome illness called Edwards. Sands York have been there for us every step of the way, from the hospital, to 6 months down the line when I just needed someone to talk to, and I probably couldn't have made it through without them.
