I am swimming the Dart 10k next September raising money for Level Water which provides specialist one-to-one swimming lessons for children with physical and sensory disabilities. They say 'It's not just about swimming... through developing independence in the water, and being able to join mainstream classes, each child develops confidence, self-esteem and resilience.' What a great cause. I feel honoured to be doing it for them.

I will be training with my lovely team mates, Amelia, Sal and Kiki, 'Team Coco,' Whoop! Very much looking forward to hanging out with them!!! 

Sal, Meils and I swam before sunrise for mental health awareness week recently in Marine Lake in Clevedon so as well as swimming for Level Water I'm also doing this as something positive for mental health, promoting swimming outdoors as an amazing tonic and one way to help to stay mentally healthy.

I'm swimming in honour of my lovely Dad and friend Steve.
