As you all know I give my self a challenge every year and this year I am walking Trekfest ( 30mile walk )  on the 6th July 2019 for Prostate Cancer . I have chosen this charity as its so important for men to get checked so it can be detected earlier  . Unfortunately my wonderful Dad died of this horrible disease .

My aim is do it in well under 12 hours . Thank you so much donating .
