Story

I have decided to try to raise even a small amount of money to help this local charity. Counsellors and therapists do an, often unrecognised, fantastic job with many people. I expect there are a lot of children and young adults around whose parents/carers are unwell and are terrified of this extra illness. I know my daughter could have used this sort of support when I became unwell 12 years ago! I always feel that counsellors and therapists are the forgotten army dealing with mental health problems in such a calm and professional manner.  PLEASE IF YOU CAN DONATE A POUND OR EVEN SHARE. THANK YOU.

Hope supports young people when a loved one is seriously ill. They're there from the point of diagnosis for however long they're needed, whatever the outcome for the patient. The charity is entirely self-funded and relies on fundraising, donations and grants so that they can carry on supporting young people who are going through such a traumatic time. Any support you can offer really will be appreciated!
