Sarah Burge, the woman the international media have branded "The Real Life Barbie" is the world record holder for under-going the most plastic surgery procedures, and is even a Harley St Consultant. Following on from a career in the 1970's as one of Hugh Hefners  original Playboy Bunny Girls Sarah feels greatly privilaged by the new label and happily promotes the positive Barbie role model via her work on the international stage.
