When I was just 18 years old my father, Samson Eddo, passed away from cancer at just 44 years old. He could be quite stern but was a funny man. He really enjoyed scrambled eggs on marmalade on toast and always acted the fool when the camera turned on. A brilliant engineer and a lover of Scottish shortbread! He life was cut short too soon and new never saw his grandchildren.  

This year I turned 45, I'm officially older than my father was when he died so Inaya and I would like to run in his memory as he is gone but not forgotten. 

Joined by our lovely friend Jen, we will raise money to contribute to cancer research in the future.
