I am running the BUPA Great South Run (10miles) on Sunday 25th October to raise money for Medicins Du Monde.

As I am sure you are aware, a recent earthquake has devasted the island of Sumatra; leaving those with comparatively little in life, with even less. Medicins Du Monde have sent out a team to the island with medical expertise and supplies to help those so desperately in need.

 "The first phase of the medical emergency is now behind us, and now we must deal with illnesses such as respiratory infections, as well as paying close attention to those who are most vulnerable, especially children" said Frederic Robin, Médecins du Monde Mission Coordinator.

 

Please give generously! Or even if you can only manage £5 - (I know many of us have student loans to be paying off!) I will appreciate it so very much.
