From the 3rd of May, every day, for the next 26 days, I am going to be doing at least 26 minutes of exercise. I will sweat my way through some online workouts, I will run ( my least favourite exercise) and I might even dust my bike off and go for a ride. No doubt this will be exhausting but I hope this will raise funds for an amazing charity that I have worked many years for. 

Here at The Mighty Creatives we are taking the 2.6 Challenge to our own mighty level, using the campaign to help us raise awareness and vital funds to support some of our most vulnerable children and young people across the region.

Annually we support 100’s of young people leaving care to access critical support to help them make the transition from care to independent living. This is a huge step at any time for these young people who at just 16-19 years of age find themselves now navigating independence alongside the isolation of the coronavirus crisis.

With so many more young people vulnerable, isolated, lonely, limited access to support and in some cases no food in the cupboards, we simply cannot wait to offer them support. The need is now.
