Ultraman Canada is a 3 day endurance race that starts on Saturday 1st August 2009  and involves the following:

Day 1 - Swim 6.2 Miles - Cycle 90 Miles (1st August)

Day 2 - Cycle 170 Miles (2nd August)

Day 3 - Run 52.4 Miles (3rd August)
