Paul and myself want to pay tribute to a man that meant so much to us, our Granda Joe.  He sadly passed away on 2nd April 2014 after a long health battle and this left a massive hole in our family. 

The support we received from the local Marie Curie Nurses in those final days is something that nobody in our family will never forget and this is our way of thanking the people that provided strength when we had none left.  We want to help make sure that other families get the support our family had.
