Myself,  my son Corby, Steve Songaila and Jonathan Clarke are challenging ourselves by taking part in the DofE Adventure, hiking 50km in two days in the Peak District. The money we raise will help more young people benefit from the DofE. Apparently, Steve knows his way around a map so we are planning our own route (scout style) Jonathan and I have experienced Steves map reading so we are expecting a search and rescue mission to be deployed about an hour after we have started!!
