The Serco Foundation works with charities to help them realise their ambitions and achieve even more. Through our global initiative, ‘Every Child Everywhere’, and with the help of our employees, we are committed to playing our part in helping to give children the best start in life.

Story

2013 is Serco’s 25th anniversary which the Group is marking by teams from every part of the business choosing activities on which to focus fund-raising in support of the Serco Foundation ‘Every Child Everywhere’ initiative.

Not to be left out the Serco Group Board is fielding a team of 4 – Alastair Lyons, Chairman: Chris Hyman, CEO: Angie Risley and Malcolm Wyman, non-Executive Directors – who will be undertaking their own Incredible Journey...

On 21 July 2013 the team will be attempting to hike the 24 miles of the Yorkshire 3 Peaks – Pen-y-ghent : Whernside : Ingleborough - in under 12 hours.

All the money raised by the team will be donated to the Serco Foundation, from which 50% would go to Save The Children and 50% to the Serco Foundation ‘Every Child, Everywhere’ initiative, helping us improve the lives of children all over the world.

The Group’s aim is to raise a total of £2 million – please help us beat that!”
