Paris Marathon 2015 · 12 April 2015 ·

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

.I've taken on my Grandmothers life's work in continuing to breed her famous line of a native Irish pony, namely, the Connemara Pony.  She is incredibly special to me and I'm very passionate about her work and how I can take it forward. Sadly she has been struck by the very sad illness of Alzheimer's. It's an incredibly painful journey for everyone involved and I'd like to do my part in helping support people with it and people who help us deal with it.
