Just over 18 months ago, I had full reconstruction of my right knee and had to learn to walk again, this May, Insha'Allah, I will be running the Bupa London 10k. It has been a long journey with a lot of ups and downs but with the support of my friends and family and  by the grace of Allah swt, I am ready for the next milestone in my recovery.
