As many of you will know I am running the London Marathon in October this year, I was lucky to get a ballot place,  it took a while  to decide if I could do it, when I had decided I started the beginners training plan in the hope it will get me around the 26 miles, the furthest I have been to date has been 14 miles and hope to get up to 20 miles in the next couple of weeks.  I decided to raise money for Cornwall Air Ambulance as it is such an important service for this area with all of the major hospitals being over an hour away by car All donations will be much appreciated but please don't feel as though you have to give if you are supporting other charities.
