I now have a fabulous new style - yes really, I have a STYLE!!! - and am very pleased to announce that I will be sending off a total of 15inches of hair!!!

Whilst getting used to the very strange reality of hair-dryers, round brushes and styling mousse, I just wish to thank all of you for your generous donations to date, and hope that you like my style as much as I do :-D

This page will stay open for a little longer to allow everyone to admire Branka's beautiful work, and also for any further donations to be made to Starlight. Every little helps!

As you all know, I have had very long, luscious hair for as long as I remember, and (apart from necessary trimming) have only ever had 6inches cut off by my trusted friend Amy. I love my hair. It has that "WOW" factor. It is poker-straight, soft, blonde, beautiful... *Sigh*...

But, I have finally decided to make the ULTIMATE HAIR SACRIFICE!! On the 28th (or 29th) of this month (August) I am going to CHOP IT OFF!! And YOU are going to help me decide how much to lose...

This is the deal: If I have a hair cut, I will need to take off at least 10inches so that it can be donated to The Princess Trust who make wigs for kids with leukaemia. My Mum, Susie, wanted to do this when she discovered she had leukaemia in December last year. She knew her hair was going to fall out with chemo and wanted to have it all chopped off and donated before it started doing so. Unfortunately her wish was not granted before she had to have emergency brain surgery... She then sadly passed away on the 17th January this year. I have decided to give my hair in her memory, and this is how much I am going to donate:

- If donations only reach £300 then I am going to chop off as much as I can that leaves me with a decent style and gives as much usable hair for The Princess Trust as possible.

- If donations reach between £300.01 and £500 then I will chop my hair to somewhere between a chin-and-shoulder-length style.

- If donations reach over £500.01... I *might* just keep my hair as long and luscious as it is...

- Should the grand total indeed get to £1,000... I will promise to keep my hair.

The decision is YOURS! Please donate generously - the money is going to a very good cause. (And, truth be told, I would really rather keep my hair as it is... LOL!)
