Our beautiful Kathryn Reffold (nee Harter) passed away peacefully in her sleep in the early hours of Remembrance Day, Sunday 12th November at UCLH surrounded by love. 
We would like to thank everyone for your support over the past year and we want you to know that in her own way, she won.
