First of all thank you so much for clicking on this link. Hopefully once you have read this and had a look at the other links attached and at the photos etc, you will not only cheer on “Team Showbiz” but make a small donation too!! 

So what's it all about? Well in short it's a combination of many things. A mid life crisis: I'm 44 this year (tv age 26!), plus I've always wanted to do this: I blame the film Rocky 4!

I always try and live my life to the rules of the great book. No, not the bible but Baz Luhrmann’s 1990 song “Everybody’s Free (To Wear Sunscreen)”. It includes  the lines “Be kind to your parents”, "look after your knees" and “Do something every now and again that scares you”.

Well I'm defo doing that thanks to Pegasus Gym Aylesbury,

www.pegasusgym.co.uk. On the 7th of November I will be fight number 10 on a white collar fight card. The venue & ticket info will be released in September 2014.

The training has started and as you can see by the pics and videos to follow, I am working up a sweat.

Now with your help I also want to raise a few £££’s for Stoke Mandeville children,s ward and , Caudwell Children.  which is a charity that I've been associated with for a few years now.

As you will know, I have two great children Molly and Harry. My son was born three months early weighing in at just under 2 pounds and with heart and brain issues. At one point his mother and I were advised to come and say our goodbyes! However my boy is a fighter and thanks to an amazing hospital team and support from Caudwell, he battled through and is now strong and healthy. Apart from having a desire to support Arsenal rather than Watford, everything else is good.

Now with your help I hope to raise a few £££’s for Caudwell Children and Stoke Mandeville children's ward  so that they can  both continue their good work for other families. But your donation will not go unnoticed. For every £10 you donate you will get 5 tickets automatically entered in to the Charity raffle draw which has some amazing prizes. The draw will be done on fight night, 9/11/14 and posted on this site. Winners will also be notified by myself, by email or telephone.

Can I just say a big thank you to all my fellow showbiz colleagues who have helped me and donated these outstanding prizes. I'm working on all of these shows so I will personally make sure you are looked after like a VIP on the night too.
