Story

I've decided to run the Brighton Marathon in aid of Macmillian Cancer Support to show my appreciation for the work they do in helping millions of people each year.

My Granddad was one of these people who they helped through a couple of cancer illness. Their dedication and support not only helped him overcome an illness that has had an impact on us all in one way or another, but it also helped my Nan in dealing with the consequences of living with someone who has the big C.

Unfortunately I lost my Granddad during the summer, so as well as running for the charity that pulled him through a difficult few years, I will also be running in memory of him and all other loved ones who have been affected by this horrible disease.

Any donations will be greatly appreciated.

I don't have Facebook, so please feel free to share this with anyone who may want to donate.
