We support individuals, families, and groups with complex health and social care needs, often due to disability, dementia, autism or mental ill health. The support we and our dogs provide enables them to better access the world around them.

Story

By the spring, I intend to complete 300 miles of walks, including all or as much as possible of the following trails:

The London Peace Trail - The Epping Forest Centenary Trail - St Peters Way - The Essex Way - The Lea Valley Walk - The Sirhowy Valley Walk

So far, I've done 103 miles. See my progress at:

I am covering all my own costs, so every penny will go straight to the charity. Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Dogs For The Disabled will receive your money sooner and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
So please sponsor me now! Many thanks for your support.
