I am part of a multithon running in a relay  from Wellington College in Berkshire all the way to Dover on the 7th June.  The aim of the multithon is to then swim the channel, cycle from Calais to Cannes (via Waterloo) and sail from Cannes to Elba.

Anyway, I am running the second leg from North Camp station to Puttenham (about 8 miles) - a run that joins the North Downs Way.  Should make it  based upon present training.  To think that back in Feb I could hardly run round the garden.

I return from my run to rehearse Crowthorne Choral Society and conduct their concert in the evening in Wellington Dining Hall at 7.30 p.m.  Should make this as well!
