Malvern Special Families is a local charity who provide social activities and opportunities to children and young adults with disabilities. With donations going towards healthy lunches, sensory equipment, day trips and one to one support, every penny counts. 

I'm not one for adventure and thrill seeking so this is out of the ordinary for me, so I would appreciate any support from those who know me or not.  :)
