We're Andy and Ian, two friends who have accidentally stumbled into marathon running and now have 10 marathons under our belts (between us)! That said, we're not professional athletes and have to work hard to do this so we NEED your support (and money) to push us forward, helping the President's Sporting Club / Essex Disabled Sports Foundation along the way.

We've raised money for charity at every marathon we've ran and this year will be no different as we raise funds for the great cause of; 'President's Sporting Club / Essex Disabled Sports Foundation' (Registered Charity No. 1001176). This fantastic charity has now raised well over £2.5 million which has been donated to schools and organisations (such as Riding for the Disabled) to provide sporting facilities, holidays and opportunities for disabled children. Indeed some of the children helped by the charity have gone on to represent Britain (and win) at the Paralympics!

We were supposed to run together last year but unfortunately Andy got a last minute injury which meant Ian ran alone (and rather well he did too)! This year we're back together and would love to smash our target. Soooo, we'll do the hard work on the day and you can cheer us on knowing that your money has helped a wonderful charity.....sound like a deal?
