Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In April 2012 the dreaded cancer word came into our family. One minute I was sitting with my mother expecting a normal discharge from hospital, and then in the blink of an eye our world was turned upside down when we were told that mum had bowel cancer. Two years on mum is in remission and doing very well. On September 13th I and some friends will be trekking up Mount Snowdon in North Wales to raise money for the Beating Bowel Cancer Charity, which is a UK charity dedicated to saving lives from bowel cancer, raising awareness and providing support to patients and their families.
