As you may know I have made some life style changes recently, and thought that with this chance of life style I should start to give back. In doing this I have decided to challenge myself to rais £2000 for Essex Air Ambulance by treKking 69km through Iceland in just 4 days. This trip will involve trekking through breath taking scenery, camping in remote wilderness and enduring thrilling water crossings.

Essex Air Ambulace saves lives on a daily basis. They dont get any government funding. It is soley run by donation and fundraising events and the devotion of the staff that give their time freely. You never know when you may need them so please dig deeply and give generuosly.
