The Prince's Trust Million Makers 2019 · 3 July 2019 to 31 December 2019 ·

Million Makers is a Dragons' Den style fundraising challenge which sees teams of employees, from companies across the UK, compete to raise at least £10,000 or more over a period of six months.

Story

A big thank you for sponsoring me take on the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100  cycling challenge around London and Surrey.

It was tough and there were a range of emotions throughout the ride - they came more towards the last 20 miles... But I powered through with the support of the crowd, the cyclists and all the money we were raising for The Prince’s Trust!

We’ve raised a total of £505! You can see below what opportunities that gives young people:

£3 could buy the course materials needed to teach a young person the basics of starting a life-changing business.

£15 could pay for a young persons maths qualification.

£45 could buy equipment for an entire after school club.

£100 could fund a two-hour session that helps a young person overcome self-destructive behaviour.

£1000 could fund a day of speed interviews getting 35 young people in front of life changing opportunities with potential employers.

Thank you so much for your support, the money raised during the Million Makers competition goes towards equipping young people with the skills to live, learn, and earn.
