Taking on a challenge to summit the highest peak in Scotland between 18th-20th June 2021

Story

Tracey and I are taking on the challenge of trekking up the highest peak in UK, in order to raise funds towards the Walkerbot Appeal. Together, with a group of NHS colleagues, we are aiming to reach the summit of Ben Nevis on the 19th June 2021.

Between us, we have over 30 years experience working as Physiotherapists in Stroke Rehabilitation and know first hand what a difference the Walkerbot will make to the functional recovery of so many people.

The Walkerbot is an incredible piece of equipment that will hugely benefit Stroke and Neuro Patients in their recovery. It is a robotic machine to help relearn how to walk again through repetition and practice. Your donation will go directly towards the purchase and installation of this fantastic piece of equipment on the Stroke Unit at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital.

We are so excited to see what a difference the Walkerbot is going to make to so many lives. Thank you for your support.
