Sophie takes on the London Marathon round 2

London Marathon 2019 · 28 April 2019 ·
To put it bluntly Cancer is a bitch!!
For those who were lucky enough to know my mum will know she lost her fight to cancer in June 2013 just 4 short days after being diagnosed. Unfortunatley the cancer she had was rare with less than 2000 cases being diagnosed each year.
My beautiful mum never stopped smiling and although she may have lost her fight to cancer she won the hearts of so many people around her.
I first completed the London marathon in 2014 in memory of her after I told her it was something I’d love to do she told me to go for it. 5 years later I’m here again bloody daft or just stupid I haven’t worked that out yet!
What I do know is i will be doing it for her and for all those affected by cancer around me - I seem to have quiet the family history which I’m sure is the same for many families out there too.
I would be so grateful for any donation you can give, it really would mean the world to me and help to keep me going through the 26.2 miles
So here I am London marathon take 2
I hope to make her proud xxxx
