Hello everyone,

On May 20th I will be running the Manchester 10K to raise money for St Ann's hospice. St Ann's is a brilliant charity which ensures people with life-limiting illnesses can be treated with dignity, respect and compassion towards the end of their life. 

I will be running in memory of my Granddad, Mike Bingham, who very sadly passed away nearly two years ago. He was a wonderful man with a big heart, and I miss him every day. St Ann's was a charity very close to him and it would mean a lot to me if you could spare anything you could to help me raise some money for the hospice in loving memory of Mike Bingham.
